“It’s okay not to be okay.” Means to me that somedays will “be hard and some nights will be harder but that’s ok. I’ve failed to attempt suicide twice, because I thought I was better off not being alive anymore, than to voice my mental health that I am not ok, and that I need help. I want people to know they are not alone in this world. There is help, and your voice does matter pertaining to your mental health. It’s time we speak up, and speak proudly about our mental health.
